The fight is on...

Today, we woke up to the heaviest snow I have seen in a long time. It was awesome! So beautiful! And it snowed ALL DAY LONG!!! Even though I am so ready for spring, it was nice to finally have some snow to play in , not just ice!
So the boys decided to have a snow fight...
(Benjamin in yellow, Luke in black)
Luke pounding Benjamin in the face with snow...

Benjamin retaliating...

"What are those crazy boys doing?"
Here we go again...

"You're goin down , Luke"

Benjamin, smacked in the face with a wad of snow AGAIN...

" Oh Yeah..."

"Wait, where'd he come from?"

"Take that suckah..."

Now, it's dad's turn...

Right in the face...
Dad doing a roll down the yard...

right into Benjamin...

making sure he was ok.....(look at Luke taking it all in...)

Luke attacking dad for "hurting" Benjamin...
Luke is very protective of his brother
when he sincerely thinks he is hurt!
He just tackles the other person who "supposedly did the hurting!
There are many sweet friends who can attest to this!

"Wait, weren't you just protecting me?"
"I'm done!"
I wonder who thinks he won this fight?
After the snow fights and all was calm again,
Ben and the boys settled into making a snowman!
In the end, the boys were all cozy inside,
soaked to the core, while Ben finished it!
He was very proud!
Good work, daddy!
Even Mr. Potato head lended a hand...
Happy Spring to ya!!!

T-ball time...

This post has alot of pictures, sorry! It was just alot of fun watching Luke and his team play their very first game of the season! Last year they looked so little out there, but this year they look like Kings of the Field! Well, right now at least, they've only played one other team so far!

Waiting for the game to start...
Before game pep talk...

grounder to Luke...
Got it!
throwin to first...
playing first base...love his expression! Typical Luke:)
Yep, I see you, cheeseball!

waitin to bat...

eyein the ball...
takin the swing...

Good hit, Luke!

on first...
runnin home...
slidin in...according to Luke, this is the "funnest part"!

Good game!
ROOOOOOOOOLL.......(Roll)

TIIIIIIIIIDE! (Tide)
Jaxon (cuz) and Luke

Tulsa Tide...
(I hope this hat stays this white!)
The saddest part of the game though, yep there was a sad part, Ella Grace had her first encounter with gravel, face down into it! It didn't help that Benjamin helped (pushed) her along the way! According to Benjamin, "she wasn't moving fast enough"
*sigh*
just in time for easter pictures...
*sigh*

Good game though!!!
Go Luke!!!

Bye-Bye Paci....

Yep, it's gone! And I didn't even have anything to do with it! All of a sudden about 2 weeks ago, she just decided that she didn't want it anymore! She went to sleep with it that night and then woke up, sucked on it and then just handed it to me...never to be used again! It was great, but the only thing was that Ben and I weren't really ready to give up the paci yet, we even kept trying to give it back to her, with NO success! I hadn't even thought about weaning her from it yet, oh the paci, we miss you, paci!! My house and my car is soo much louder now! I should probably just be grateful! I think that she subconsciously wanted to out do her brothers..they both weaned in a day after cutting holes in theirs, but she's too good for that I guess! What she doesn't know is that her brothers beat her by about 3 months! Oh well, what Miss Diva doesn't know won't hurt her!

I wonder what she has in store for us next?

When mommy's away...

Ella gets to do this... Maybe that's why she is such a daddy's girl!
BUT, he could have at least got her hair out of her face
and out of the chocolate and took off her clothes...right?
The clean up must have been a chore,
because he hasn't done it since!

A finished season...

First grade basketball season ended a couple weeks ago. Benjamin absolutely loved it! He turned out to be quite the little player! I'm probably a little biased too, being that I am his mother:) But all in all, he was sad for it to end. His last game he scored 8 points! Sorry about some of the blurry pics, Ella was fascinated with climbing the bleachers, so I had one eye on her and the other trying to take pictures!! I was just grateful to get some!
Baseball season is next....
I think God is preparing me and giving me the grace for life with boys, TWO boys, and all their sports! We are SO VERY busy! Thank you God for adding some pink to my life!

GOOD JOB, BUDDY!!!
